Der Vortrag gibt einen aktuellen Einblick in die geplanten Neuerungen, erklärt, welche Rolle die Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts spielt, und beleuchtet, wie alte Zuschreibungen wie „arbeitscheu“ im neuen Gewand des „Totalverweigerers“ wieder auftauchen.
Eine rege Diskussion im Anschluss ist erwünscht.
