In einer interdisziplinären Diskussionsrunde wollen wir volkswirtschaftliche, gewerkschaftliche, psychologische und philosophische Perspektiven zusammenbringen, um u.a. folgende Fragen zu erörtern: Welche Anreizstrukturen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen braucht es, um KI nicht nur zur Automatisierung, sondern als Motor für die nächste Volkswirtschaft bzw. eine KI-erweiterte Soziale Marktwirtschaft zu nutzen? Wie können öffentliche Güter und digitale Allmenden gezielt gefördert werden? Wie verändern sich Gewerkschaften und Mitbestimmung in der KI-augmentierten Arbeitswelt? Welche Qualifizierungsstrategien, Schutzmechanismen und Beteiligungsformate sind notwendig, um Mitarbeiter:innen aktiv einzubinden?
