KLS SUMMER SCHOOL 2026:
Spatial Metabolomics in Complex Biological Systems

This year, we are focusing on mass spectrometry imaging, spatial transcriptomics and the integration of multi-omics data.
Participation is free of charge. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. We have reserved hotel rooms – please let us know when you register if you require accommodation.
What to expect:
- Hands-on Lab: work with real samples and state-of-the-art technology
- Keynotes: Speakers from leading international institutions
- Industry & Career Talks: Insights into academic and private-sector career paths
- Networking: Poster Walk, Round Tables and a pizza night together
Focus areas:
- Sample Preparation for Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI)
- Pathology applications using FFPE tissue
- Spatial Transcriptomics and Metabolomics integration
- Multi-Omics-Data analysis and integration
Poster Session:
Participants will have the opportunity to present their research findings at a poster session. If you would like to submit a poster, please indicate this in your application.
