Werden heteronormative Geschlechterverhältnisse durch Recht stabilisiert? Wirken sich vergeschlechtlichte Vorstellungen von Vulnerabilität und Bedrohung in Strafverfolgung, Strafverfahren und Strafvollzug aus? Und inwieweit ist in diesem Feld ein historischer und systembedingter Wandel im 20. und 21. Jahrhundert zu beobachten? Der interdisziplinär angelegte Workshop bringt Kulturanthropolog:innen, Kriminolog:innen und Historiker:innen miteinander ins Gespräch, um zu zeigen, wie Hetero- und Homonormativität Konzepte und Praktiken des Strafens im 20. und 21. Jahrhundert durchdrangen, möglicherweise aber auch herausforderten und dies noch immer tun.
