Zellkultur, in der künstlich eine hohe HIG2 Produktion angeregt wurde. Das HIG2 Protein (grüne Fluoreszenz) lässt sich hier in besonders großer Menge in Zellen nachweisen, die sich gerade in der Zellteilung befinden, erkennbar an der 2-3fachen Anzahl von Zellkernen (blau angefärbt) pro Zelle.
