The main goal of the projekt is the development of core indicators and trends for the future buildings and venues for mega-events, as well as the development of assessment guidelines for planning, construction and operation of sustainable mega-event buildings on the basis of ecological, economic, socio-functional, process orientated and site specific aspects. Furthermore an exhibition and transfer of knowledge plattform will be provided for German, European and international companies to present their products. During this exhibition and these workshops planners, operators, users and organizers of mega-events will have the possibility to exchange knowledge and to show their experience on mega-event buildings (presentations, discussion forum, exhibition etc.) The expert workshop is also aimed at providing advice for starting standardization activities with regard to the ISO/TC 59/SC 17 and the CEN/TC 350.

The participation at the expert workshop is for free. The number of participants is limited to 60. Please send your registration until October 10th 2012.
In case of being prevented after your registration: please cancel until the October 20th 2012, making it possible for people on the waiting list to move up.
