1. European Conference on Systemic Research in Therapy, Education and Organizational Development

What is special about this conference?
Located in one of Europes’ oldest university towns, this conference brings together researchers, students and practitioners from all of Europe.
It combines condensed information, intensive discussion and lively personal encounters across barriers of disciplines, nations and status in a pleasant context. Fee policy and guest house arrangements will allow participants from “poor” and “rich” European countries to join.

Main conference themes will include research on:
• Systemic individual, couple, family, group , multifamily and multisystemic therapies; systemic coaching, team consultation, supervision and mediation
• Systemic approaches in counseling, medicine, social work, education, business consultation
• Narrative, dialogic, constructionist, affect-centered, ecosystemic approaches
• Differences between European countries: how families and organizations respond to the “Euro-Crisis”?
• Multiculturalism: Migrants, intercultural families and refugees in systemic therapy
• Systemic management: Change projects, family business, demography, health and diversity
• European schools: leadership, teacher training, school development; constructivist didactics
• Embodiment: on the connections between mind, brain, body and social relationships
• Philosophical and neurobiological basics of systemic therapy
• Methodologies: manualized and controlled studies; process research; self evaluative research for practitioners; dynamic process modeling; systems change questionnaires
• How to finance and organize your research
