TRIZ FUTURE 2003
Worldwide Best Practices in Systematic Innovation through Automotive Industry
TRIZ the "Theory of Inventive Problem Solving" is a living science and a practical methodology. In the last couple of years the research has proceeded in several stages. Millions of patents have been examined and analysed to look for principles of innovation - to study the patterns of excellence. The lessons learned from this analysis seem to work in practice. Large and small companies are using TRIZ on many levels to solve problems and to develop strategies for future technologies. TRIZ is mostly applied on technical problems, but expands further nowadays into other areas like business or psychology. TRIZ develops!
In 2003 ETRIA - the European TRIZ Association - is proposing its third annual TRIZ Future Conference. The conference shall bridge between the academic and practical aspects of TRIZ. As the majority of industrial TRIZ applications is known in the automotive industry, the conference title is: "TRIZ Develops! Worldwide Best Practices in Systematic Innovation through Automotive Industry"
The ETRIA Conference 2003 will not exclude other industrial branches or new scientific and methodological topics. The objective is to provide an international forum to promote, exchange, disseminate and discuss information on TRIZ - so as to forecast on it's own evolution.
