Crossing Borders
Natura 2000 in the Light of EU-Enlargement

the workshop will focus on problems and perspectives of coordinating the Natura 2000 network along the future internal EU borders, especially between Germany and Poland resp. the Czech Republic.
Existing shortcomings, potential solutions and future research needs will be addressed both from ecological and policy-oriented point of views.
The international workshop is particularly directed at environmental and social scientists, representatives from conservation authorities as well as nongovernmental organisations from the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany.
