The idw-online archives are available for research on specific topics. Here, all of the information ever published on our newspage is stored and can be retrieved using the website’s search function (top left) or the advanced search function (top right). Simply enter one or more search terms or select the criteria for your search.
You will also find information issued by any particular member of idw e.V. via our membership directory. In addition to the contact data for the press office, it contains each member institution’s press releases and schedule of events.
All events organised by our member institutions are also listed under idw events. They can easily be filtered according to subject areas, regions and/or dates.
Journalists can apply for accreditation with Informationsdienst Wissenschaft. In this way, you will also receive press releases subject to a news embargo, and you have access to the idw expert recruitment service. The latter allows you to scan our member institutions for professionals specialising in your research topics, using the idw expert agent. It will also give you access to the lists of experts specialising in selected topics, which have been compiled by our team for you to use in your own research.
To obtain accreditation, first install an idw access portal, then send in your valid journalist pass or other credentials for your professional identity as a journalist, either by e-mail to presse@idw-online.de, or by fax to +49 (0)921 34 8998978.
