Die Fachtagung FORMS / FORMAT 2004 bietet Wissenschaftlern auf dem Gebiet der formalen Techniken, Fach- und Führungskräften, Entwicklern und Gutachtern der Automobil- und Eisenbahnwirtschaft sowie Betreibern von Verkehrssystemen mit Interesse an formalen Techniken eine anerkannte Plattform für den notwendigen Austausch wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und den Transfer praxisbezogener Beschreibungsmittel, Methoden und Werkzeuge für die Bearbeitung komplexer Automatisierungs-systeme.
