User-centred Computing -- A North Rhine-Westphalian Research Focus

During the last few years, North Rhine-Westphalia has become a leader in the field of User-centred Computing. This is of special importance since User-centred Computing will have a high impact on some of North Rhine-Westphalia's economic strongholds, especially telecommunications and the media industry.

Several leading-edge research activities from North Rhine-Westphalia in the field of User-centred Computing will be presented at this event.
