ikation" sein. Erstmals sollen auch Aspekte von Open
Access in Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern thematisiert werden.
Die Sprecher kommen u.a. aus den USA, Großbritannien, Frankreich und

Die Berliner Erklärung zu Open Access

wurde im Oktober 2003 nach eine Konferenz im Harnack-Haus der
Max-Planck-Gesellschaft u.a. von der MPG sowie der Deutschen
Forschungsgemeinschaft, der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, der
Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft, der Wissenschaftsgemeinschaft Gottfried Wilhelm
Leibniz, dem Wissenschaftsrat und anderen Wissenschaftseinrichtungen
