Im April startet in Berlin das bundesweite Filmfestival "AusnahmeZustand".

Die Auftaktveranstaltung unter Schirmherrschaft der Behindertenbeauftragten der Bundesregierung, Karin Evers-Meyer, findet am 27.4.2006 im Kleisthaus Berlin, Mauerstraße 53, 10117 Berlin (Mitte) statt. Auch die Schirmherren des Mitveranstalters "Berliner Bündnis gegen Depression", Frau Prof. Rita Süssmuth und der türkische Generalkonsul Ahmet Nazif Alpman, sind eingeladen.
Bis zum 3. Mai 2006 werden in mehreren Berliner Kinos Filme zum Thema Depression und psychische Erkrankungen gezeigt. Danach tourt das Festival, initiiert vor allem vom in Leipzig ansässigen Verein "Irrsinnig Menschlich", durch ganz Deutschland.

Evtl. kleine Gebühren für die Filme sind für den Guten Zweck bestimmt.
