E.ON Energie und Siemens Power Generation realisieren
am Standort Irsching in Bayern ein neues
Kraftwerksprojekt, das in punkto Leistungsfähigkeit
und Wirtschaftlichkeit neue Maßstäbe setzt. Die
SGT5-8000H wurde im Mai 2007 im Turbinenwerk
Berlin fertig gestellt und ausgeliefert. Nach dem
Transport mittels Binnenschiff bis Kelheim und
anschließendem Schwerlastsondertransport bis zur
Baustelle kam die 440 Tonnen schwere Turbine termingerecht
an Pfingsten 2007 in Irsching an. Nach
erfolgter Montage und Inbetriebnahme folgt die
Erprobungsphase bis ca. Mitte 2009.
