Welchen Einfluss haben die Medien auf die Abläufe in Nervensystem und Gehirn? Wie wirkt sich der "informelle Input" etwa in der Kindheit auf späteres Verhalten aus? Mit diesen Fragen befasst sich Prof. Jochen Oehler in seinem öffentlichen Vortrag auf dem Saarbrücker Campus.
Prof. Dr. Jochen Oehler lehrt an der TU Dresden. Bis 2008 war er Leiter der Arbeitsgruppe Neurobiologie an der dortigen Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Außerdem leitete er am Pharmakologischen Institut der Medizinischen Akademie Dresden eine verhaltenspharmakologische Arbeitsgruppe. Von 1997 bis 2007 war er Vorstandsmitglied und Sprecher der neuen Bundesländer im vdbiol (heute Verband für Biologie, Biowissenschaften und Biomedizin).
