Wer im Internet recherchiert, kennt das Problem: Viele Autorinnen und Autoren haben ihre Texte so optimiert, dass eine Suchmaschine sie schnell findet. "Die Rankingmacher - wie Suchmaschinen unsere Weltsicht verändern" ist der Titel einer Podiumsdiskussion, zu der das Forum IT-Recht für Montag, 27. Oktober 2008, einlädt. Von 18 Uhr an diskutieren Expertinnen und Experten im Conti-Hochhaus darüber, wie Treffer bei Suchmaschinen die Meinung oder die Wahrnehmung von Nutzerinnen und Nutzern zu dem Gesuchten beeinflussen. Das Forum IT-Recht ist eine Veranstaltungsreihe des Instituts für Rechtsinformatik. Im Anschluss an die Diskussion besteht die Möglichkeit, die Teilnehmenden der Podiumsdiskussion kennenzulernen.
Der Eintritt ist frei.
