Die "Trierer China-Gespräche 2009" werden von der Juniorprofessur für Politikwissenschaft/Internationale Beziehungen der Universität Trier und der Bundesakademie für Sicherheitspolitik (Berlin) organisiert, diese finden am Mittwoch, 21. Oktober 2009, von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr statt.
Die Veranstaltung befasst sich mit folgendem Thema: "Der dornige Weg zum Gipfel - Hindernisse des chinesischen Aufstiegs". Schirmherr der Tagung ist Prof. Dr. Peter Schwenkmezger, Präsident der Universität Trier.
