Kick-off Meeting of the Project Agora 2.0

the project "AGORA 2.0 - Heritage Tourism for increased Baltic Sea Region Identity" was approved during the second call of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013. After a clarification- and contracting phase we are now ready to start the work. Therefore, project partners will meet each other the first time during a

Kick-off Meeting of the Project AGORA 2.0
in Greifswald/Germany,
11-13 February 2010.

You are welcome to join our meeting in Greifswald, 11-12 February 2010! The project open for involvement of interested stakeholders. You are kindly invited
- to join us,
- to cooperate with us,
- to contribute to and to benefit from achievements of different work packages,
- to built up new contacts with partner organisations or
- to exchange experiences.
But we have also to inform you that there is no chance to take in new project partners or to generate additional budgets or funding sources.

Please, find attached all necessary information!
If you are interested in our project, you are kindly invited to cooperate with us, to contribute to and to benefit from concrete tasks within different work packages and to join our meeting. Attached you will find all necessary information:

- Registration Form

We will use the opportunity of the Kick-off Meeting:
- to get to know each other,
- to give you a better overview about the project AGORA 2.0,
- to inform and assist partners on how to manage such international projects,
- to answer your questions, to ask you questions,
- to focus on contents and to lay the ground for the future work,
- to run at least one (interactive) session on every different Work Package (WP),
lead by responsible WP leaders,
- to discuss and agree on the next steps we have to do.
