Das jährlich stattfindende FLS bringt 120 - 150 Teilnehmern aus industriellen, akademischen und klinischen Einrichtungen zusammen. Die Themen wechseln jährlich und ermöglichen es den Teilnehmern, sich zu neuen Technologien, Trends und Entwicklungen auszutauschen. Das Symposium beinhaltet verschiedene Sessions mit Vorträgen, eine Ausstellung wissenschaftlicher Poster sowie eine Industrieausstellung.
Die diesjährigen Themen sind:
- Cell Therapy for Inflammatory Disease (Ornella Parolini)
- Cell Therapy for Oncological Disease (Neil Frazer, Götz Ulrich Grigoleit)
- Cell Therapy for Immune and Autoimmune Disorders (Philippe Halban, Hans Josef Stauss)
- Cell Therapy for Haematological Disease - Regulation and Therapy (Dietger Niederwieser, John Snowden)
