The conference addresses industry as well as academia and especially emphasizing the strong connection between the two. It also encourages participation and acquainting of young engineers and students.
Keynote and overview presentations are planed on Aluminium issues by:
a) academics on the frontiers of fundamental and applied science, like alloy design and advanced processing including computational modeling.
b) industrials on Aluminium technology-based issues and processing, including applied simulation along the entire process chain and
c) customers on recent application and markets issues, such as transport, packaging and building.
So the conference intends to provide insight into modern science, conventional and new Aluminium alloys and processes, an understanding of evolving microstructures, compositions and properties and new aspects and recent developments of Aluminium physical and mechanical metallurgy.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
