Diversity has long been widely discussed, albeit with the focus primarily on women and on how their role in business and society can be strengthened. But diversity involves more than this: Diversity means the differentness of people – based on gender, age, religion and ethnicity. So the question remains whether quotas are the proper solution to increase diversity in companies.
