Mobile Payment, Augmented Reality, Location-Based Services – wir erleben die Revolution des mobilen Internet. Ausgelöst durch immer schnellere Netze und den Boom der Smartphones eröffnen sich jeden Tag neue Märkte. Diese erfordern ein neues Verständnis der Kundenbeziehung. Denn trotz der hervorragenden Infrastruktur werden viele Möglichkeiten in Deutschland nicht voll ausgeschöpft. Der Grund dafür liegt in der mangelnden ‚Digital Confidence‘ der Deutschen – ein Vertrauensverlust, ausgelöst durch den intransparenten Umgang vieler Unternehmen mit persönlichen Daten. Das Vertrauen der Konsumenten ist jedoch der Erfolgsfaktor der Mobile Economy.
