Die Personalentwicklung in der Hochschulmedizin benötigt eigene Ansätze und kann sich nicht an den Entwicklungen im Krankenhauswesen oder der Universität orientieren. Gerade für medizinische Hochschullehrer müssen eigene Konzepte entwickelt werden.
Zu Personalrekrutierung und Mitarbeiterbindung werden Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen immer wichtiger. Wir haben ein umfangreiches Programm zusammengestellt, in dem Probleme diskutiert und erfolgreiche Projekte vorgestellt werden.
