Food Metabolomics - Max Rubner Conference 2011

The Max Rubner Conference 2011 on Food Metabolomics will take place from October 9-11,
2011 at the Max Rubner-Institut in Karlsruhe. The conference seeks to cover the whole range of metabolomics applications in food sciences and research and will bring together scientists interested in this future-orientated analytical technology. Leading international experts will define the state-of-the-art in this field and will present advantages as well as limitations of the various metabolomics methods. Our main topics are Methods in Metabolomics: Advantages and Limitations, Metabolomics in Food Safety, Metabolomic Applications to Assess Food Quality and Metabolomics and Nutrition.
