Tagung: Contexts of Learning in Baghdad from the 8th-10th Centuries

Islamwissenschaftler, Arabisten, Theologen und Judaisten diskutieren über interreligiöse Bildungskontexte unter islamischen Vorzeichen. Kunst und Kultur im mittelalterlichen Bagdad stellt Prof. Dr. Karin Rührdanz (Toronto) in einem öffentlichen Vortrag vor. Die Tagung wird von Juniorprofessor Dr. Jens Scheiner, Courant Forschungszentrum "Bildung und Religion (EDRIS)" der Universität Göttingen organisiert.
