Staaten müssen die globale Energiewende flankieren - sonst kann sie nicht gelingen. Ebenso wenig kann sie ohne massive private Investitionen umgesetzt werden. Stabile Brücken zwischen Staaten und Investoren werden zentraleVoraussetzungen für den notwendigen Strukturwandel hin zur kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft.
In seiner Antrittsvorlesung bietet Ulf Moslener einen Blick auf Anreizstrukturen aus einerseits staatlicher und andererseits privatwirtschaftlicher Sicht und zeigt auf, wie sie gleichsam eine Brueckenfunktion für eine Energiewende in Industrie-, Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern übernehmen können.
