Spieltheorie und ihre Anwendungen, experimentelle Ökonomie sowie die Theorie der Begrenzten Rationalität sind die primären Forschungsinteressen von Professor Selten, der im Jahr 1994 gemeinsam mit John C. Harsanyi und John F. Nash mit dem Nobelpreis für Wirtschaftswissenschaften ausgezeichnet wurde.
Der englischsprachige Vortrag von Reinhard Selten ist öffentlich. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei. Im Anschluss findet ein Empfang mit Imbiss statt.
