Die Meere sind überfischt, auf den Äckern wachsen immer mehr Energiepflanzen und Nahrungsmittel landen tonnenweise auf dem Müll – von nachhaltigen Entwicklungen bei der Produktion und beim Konsum von Lebensmitteln scheinen wir weit entfernt zu sein. Der steigende Energiebedarf, der Klimawandel, aber auch die Konsumgewohnheiten der Industrienationen stellen die Landwirtschaft und die Lebensmittelversorgung weltweit vor große Herausforderungen. Ist eine Nahrungsmittelproduktion, die gesund und wirtschaftlich ist, alle Menschen ernährt und gleichzeitig unsere natürlichen Ressourcen schont, überhaupt möglich? Wie sehen Lösungsstrategien aus, und was können wir als Verbraucher tun? Diskutieren Sie mit!
