Die Gewährung von Anreizen – insbesondere über Vergütungsverträge – ist ein zentrales betriebswirtschaftliches Thema, das auch in der Accounting-Forschung weite Beachtung gefunden hat. Die beiden Antrittsvorlesungen von Prof. Dr. Michael Grüning und Prof. Dr. Jörg R. Werner beleuchten hierzu verschiedene Perspektiven: Wie sollte man Indikatoren für die Arbeitsleistung von Mitarbeitern auswählen? Welche Effekte hat die Offenlegung von Vorstandsgehältern und was können wir aus diesen Informationen überhaupt lernen?
An die Vorträge schließt sich ein Empfang mit Imbiss an.
