Zu den Mitorganisatoren gehören das IAMO, das Ministerium für Agrarpolitik und Ernährung in der Ukraine sowie der Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft. Es ist die einzige Konferenz dieser Art, die sich mit dem Management von Agroholdings und den damit verbundenen Entwicklungen, Verbesserungen in der Produktivität und Finanzierungen auseinandersetzt. Die Organisatoren erwarten auf der Veranstaltung über 500 Unternehmensvertreter/innen aus der Landwirtschaft, Zulieferer, Regierungsmitglieder sowie Teilnehmer/innen von Partnerorganisationen, Universitäten und Wissenschaftseinrichtungen.
