Diversity-Konzepte existieren nicht als fix und fertige, sondern werden diskursiv oder auch narrativ erzeugt. Eine Vielfalt solcher Narrationen, oft verbunden mit unterschiedlichen Diskurspositionen, gibt es sowohl zur Entstehungs- und Entwicklungsgeschichte von Diversity als auch zum Verständnis und zum Verhältnis von Gender und Diversity. Diese Deutungskämpfe um und zugleich Verfertigungen von Diversity als Konstrukt(e) und Konzept(e) sind Gegenstand des Vortrags.
Frau Dr. rer. pol. Gertraude Krell war bis zu ihrer Pensionierung Professorin für Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalpolitik am Institut für Management der Freien Universität Berlin.
