Die Relativitätstheorie ist eine der tragenden Säulen der modernen Physik. Sie basiert auf sehr einfachen Grundannahmen und führt doch zu sehr merkwürdigen Resultaten, die unserer Alltagserfahrung vollständig widersprechen. Kann man Sie trotzdem verstehen? Ist der Raum wirklich gekrümmt? Der Vortrag versucht einen Brückenschlag von den physikalischen Grundlagen bis zu aktuellen Fragestellungen der Kosmologie.
