In Kooperation mit dem Lebensministerium und dem Forum Umweltbildung lädt der Studiengang „Nachhaltiges Lebensmittelmanagement“ der FH JOANNEUM zu einem Abend rund um Essen und Nachhaltigkeit ein. Lassen sich beim Thema Ernährung gesundheitliche, ökologische, soziale und wirtschaftliche Aspekte überhaupt vereinen? Wie kann man seinem Essen „näher kommen“? Neben spannenden Gastvorträgen von Expertinnen und Experten aus der Praxis und der Wissenschaft ist auch das Publikum gefragt, Ideen für eine nachhaltigere Ernährung der Zukunft zu entwickeln.
Zu den Vortragenden zählen Biobauer Norbert Hackl vom Labonca Biohof in Burgau, Ulli und Scott Klein von der „Kleinen Farm“ südlich von Graz, Professor Kurt Remele, Institut für Ethik und Gesellschaftslehre an der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz oder Professor Erich Leitner, Institut für Analytische Chemie und Lebensmittelchemie an der TU Graz.
Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsreihe „Future Lectures“ des Lebensministeriums statt, die in Kooperation mit Hochschulen und dem FORUM Umweltbildung umgesetzt wird.
