In einer interessanten Museumsführung weiß der Kunsthistoriker sein Publikum zu fesseln. Dagegen wirken heutige Museums-Webseiten blass. Der Vortrag stellt eine Alternative vor: eine Medienplattform für das Städel Museum in Frankfurt, auf der Besucher und Besucherinnen interessante Gemälde nebeneinanderhängen können und sich Geschichten zum Gemälde, zum Künstler und zu seiner Zeit multimedial erfahren lassen. Welche technischen Herausforderungen muss ein solches Projekt bewältigen? Welche Bildungsperspektiven eröffnet es?
