The conference addresses all scientific and technical topics and its widespread areas of applications in modern-day materials research and development.
The conference format explicitly aims for close interaction and active involvement of all participants. A high-level lecture programme is complemented by a poster session, an exhibition and workshops to address common challenges associated with implementation of high-throughput technology in academic or industrial environments, promoting academic teaching and professional training, data standards and data mining.
Conference Themes 2016 are:
- Polymers and biomaterials (incl. pharmapolymers) & Nanomedicine, Composites
- Catalysis
- Electronic materials & sensors, Energy production and storage
- Coatings, resins & surfaces
Each of these themes includes aspects like:
- On-line and off-line characterization and property evaluation techniques
- Formulation / preparation of test species and purification methods of prepared materials / systems
- Informatics (data mining, simulation / modeling, in-silico experiments etc., MS)
- Methodological and technical advances

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
