“The importance of strong leadership has never been more apparent.” In this lecture, global strategist, executive coach, and former Chairman of Microsoft Europe Jan Mühlfeit presents his new book "The Positive Leader - How Energy and Happiness Fuel Top-Performing Teams." He is convinced that individuals, organizations, and governmental institutions have enormous unlocked potential due to being stuck in day-to-day tasks or outdated methodologies.
