The ZPID – Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information (Dr. Anne-Kathrin Mayer, Manager »Research and Development«, and Prof. Dr. Krampen, Director) organizes an interdisciplinary symposium »Health Literacy Across the Life Span« on Friday, March 10, 2017, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., at the University of Trier/Germany.
During the interdisciplinary symposium, invited speakers from different fields (psychology, educational sciences, public health, sociology, epidemiology, and information sciences; see preliminary programm) will present concepts, theories and empirical research on health literacy and health information literacy in various age groups.
The aims of the event are to identify common research interests and goals of the participants, build networks between researchers from various research groups, and possibly initiate common projects.
We welcome applications of researchers, particularly junior scientists (doctoral candidates, post-docs), who are interested in interdisciplinary collaborations in this field. There are no participation fees; however, the number of participation slots is limited and participants have to bear their own travel expenses.
If you want to apply for participation, please complete the application form and send it by email to Melanie Steeg (steeg@zpid.de).
Application deadline is February 12, 2017.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
