Multiscale analysis and modelling of collective migration in biological systems

Collective motion is an emergent phenomenon observed in systems consisting of many moving and locally interacting units. In particular, collective cell motion plays a crucial role in multi-cellular organisms during embryonic development, but also in patho-physiological situations as wound healing, immune response or cancer invasion. We will focus on multiscale analysis of the mathematical models for collective motion which allows to predict behaviours on one scale.

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
