Frontiers of Circuit QED and Optomechanics (FCQO18)

FCQO18 aims to attract and engage leading scientists working with solid state quantum devices comprising electrical, mechanical or optical hybrid circuits. It is a perfect opportunity to get an overview over this thriving new field of quantum physics and quantum optics with applications ranging form computation, simulation, communication, metrology and sensing.

It is a great pleasure to announce the International Conference on Frontiers of Circuit QED and Optomechanics 2018, which will be held at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria) just 30 minutes from Vienna, on February 12-14, 2018. The conference is organized by IST Austria and chaired by Dr. Shabir Barzanjeh and Prof. Johannes Fink from the Quantum Integrated Devices lab.

We aim to bring together the top researchers in Circuit QED, Electro/Optomechanics and hybrids systems to present both theoretical and experimental aspects, with a strong emphasis on the most cutting-edge experimental progress. Every attendant is invited to present a poster and a few outstanding abstracts will be selected for hot topic focus talks. We hope to create an interactive platform for the exchange of new ideas and we would like to inspire a conference series on the topic.

We look forward to welcoming you at IST!

Help

Search / advanced search of the idw archives
Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
