XV Brunel — Bielefeld Workshop: Random Matrix Theory and Applications

Ziel dieses jährlich stattfindenden Workshops ist es, Mathematiker, Physiker und andere Wissenschaftler zusammenzubringen, die im weiteren Sinne auf dem Gebiet der Zufallsmatrizen und deren Anwendungen arbeiten. Die wesentliche Idee ist es, den Einfluss von Zufall und globalen Symmetrien zu kombinieren, um universelle, statistische Vorhersagen zu machen.

Geleitet wird die Konferenz von dem Bielefelder Physiker Prof. Dr. Gernot Akemann und den Londoner Professoren Igor Krasovsky, Dmitry Savin und Igor Smolyarenko.
