From Sunday, March 1 to Thursday, March 4, 2020, the third International Workshop on Plasma Agriculture (IWOPA 2020) will take place in the Hanseatic City of Greifswald. During this conference, scientists from all over the world will exchange information on the following topics, among others:
- Food safety, conservation, storage and transport
- Seed germination, plant growth & development
- Biological processes, e.g. stress reactions, resistances
- Systems & methods for the treatment of seeds, plants...
- Methods and procedures, simulations
- Regulatory issues
- Environmental aspects
- Environmental aspects
Von Sonntag, 1. Bis Donnerstag, 4. März 2020 findet in der Hansestadt Greifswald der dritte International Workshop on Plasma Agriculture (IWOPA 2020) statt. Im Rahmen dieser Konferenz tauschen sich Wissenschaftler aus der ganzen Welt unter anderem zu den folgenden Themen aus:
- Lebensmittelsicherheit, Konservierung, Lagerung und Transport
- Saatgutkeimung, Pflanzenwachstum & -entwicklung
- Biologische Prozesse, z.B. Stressreaktionen, Resistenzen
- Systeme & Methoden zur Behandlung von Saatgut, Pflanzen...
- Methoden und Verfahren, Simulationen
- Regulatorische Fragen
- Umweltaspekte
Information on participating / attending:
Registration is possible until 15.02.2020. A participation fee is charged for the event:
Regular participants: 375€
Students: 200€ (student card required)
The participation fee includes access to the sessions and meals at the conference (buffet lunch, coffee breaks)
Additional costs are incurred for the following offers:
- Participation in the Conference Dinner: 60€
- Greifswald Tour: 15€
- Excursion to the Historical-Technical Museum Peenemünde: 25€
Cancellation for the conference is possible according to the following policy:
50% from 20th January 2020
100% from 15th February 2020
