4th International Symposium on Multiscale Multiphase Process Engineering (MMPE)

At thisl Symposium recent research progress on nano-, micro- and macro-scale aspects of multiphase process engineering will be presented and discussed. A strong emphasis is put on application-oriented research, bridging the gap between scientific findings and methodology and the requirements of industry.

Multiscale, multiphase processes occur in the chemical, pharma and food industry, but their understanding and modelling poses a challenge both to those who design and develop new processes and those who run them in the industry. Within the last decade remarkable progress has been made in nanotechnology, micro process engineering, numerical simulation and measurement techniques providing a deeper insight into an undiscovered world of multiscale phenomena. To discuss the tremendous effects of multiscale phenomena in multiphase process engineering, researchers, chemical and process engineers, chemists and data scientist will come together. Young scientists and students are especially encouraged to participate and become part of the vibrant expert network of MMPE

Help

Search / advanced search of the idw archives
Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
