The conference asks whether there is a need for fresh thinking in engaging (former) combatants in different conflicts around the world. For this purpose, we aim to bring together international academics in peace and conflict studies, policy makers, and practitioners working directly on such issues and in related fields.
You can find an outline and the programme of the conference here: http://BICC_International_Conference_Outline_and_tentative_programme.pdf.
The conference will be held online via Zoom. To register please visit our registration page http://conference.bicc.de/. Please note that this is a two-step process, and you will have to register separately for the plenary sessions and the breakout sessions. Please register at the latest by 5 November 2021.
We very much hope that you will be able to participate in BICC’s Annual Conference.
If you have any organizational questions, please do not hesitate to contact Susanne Heinke at email@example.com.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
