Controlled Environment Agriculture – landwirtschaftliche Produktion der Zukunft?

Immer mehr Menschen, immer weniger Agrarfläche — Wie zusätzlich Nahrung in Innenräumen nachhaltig produziert werden kann, ist ein neues Forschungsgebiet für Landwirtschaft: Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Wir fragten die Vortragenden: Was ist der Stand zu CEA in der Agrarforschung? Was sind die kritischen Punkte zu Energie, Lieferketten und gesellschaftlichen Implikationen? Welche Kooperationen weisen in die Zukunft? Außerdem: Poster und Ausstellung.

Die Veranstaltung deckt folgende Themen ab:
• Bedarfe und Potentiale: Produktionsmethoden – Aquakultur – Gemüse – Algen – Insekten – Pilze
• Nachhaltigkeit und Wertschöpfung
• Voraussetzungen, Gesellschaft: Vertical Farming – Konsumenten – Lebensmittelqualität u. - sicherheit – Weltraumanwendungen
• „Blick von oben“ — Diskussion und Abschluss

Die Veranstaltung wird gemeinsam von DAFA und dem Hans-Eisenmann-Forum der TU-München veranstaltet.

Information on participating / attending:
Hybridveranstaltung: Online und in Freising. Für die Teilnahme fällt eine Kostendeckungsgebühr von 80 € (40 € Doktoranden und Studierende) an.
