The international symposium is dedicated to innovative methods and processes of all aspects of Pharmaceutical Engineering as an interdisciplinary field, in which science and engineering join forces. SPhERe provides a unique opportunity for discussing state of the art developments and advancements in Pharmaceutical Engineering and associated research areas. Scientific as well as practical challenges will be addressed at the conference. Contributions are invited, but not limited, to the following topics and applications.
- API Synthesis
- Scale-Up Processes
- Scale-Down Processes
- Solid, Semi-Solid & Liquid Dosage Forms
- Digital Models in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Analytics, Process Analytical Technology (PAT)
- Microsystems for Pharmaceutical Testing
In particular, young scientists and professionals from the different communities engaged in Pharmaceutical Engineering are invited to exchange ideas with their colleagues and to present their results in this multidisciplinary setting. For early career scientists, the conference offers the chance to get in touch with advanced researchers who will provide insight into their different career paths. The best posters will be honoured with SPhERe Poster Awards.
