Im Gespräch mit Claudia Baumgart-Ochse wird Iris Canor den Inhalt und die Bedeutung der historischen Verhandlung im israelischen Obersten Gerichtshof über die Abschaffung der „Angemessenheit“ und die Auswahl von Richtern diskutieren.
Prof. Dr. Iris Canor, ist Professorin am College of Management Academic Studies, Israel und Senior Research Affiliate an der Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht, Heidelberg. Sie ist darüber hinaus Mitglied des Israeli Law Professors’ Forum for Democracy. Die Veranstaltung wird moderiert von Dr. Claudia Baumgart-Ochse (Peace Research Institute Frankfurt, PRIF).
