Who should Apply: This workshop is designed for untenured faculty members (postdocs & non-tenured APs) specializing in Banking, Financial Economics, or Macroeconomics who aim to publish their work in high-impact journals. Preferably, applicants should have at least one well-advanced paper that has been presented at conferences and is currently under review or close to submission for publication. Preference will be given to applicants submitting a paper without senior co-authors.
The workshop's objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the publication process. The program will feature a panel discussion on effectively managing the publication process, interactive poster sessions, sessions on abstract writing, and one-on-one mentoring opportunities.
Expenses for travel and accommodation in Berlin can be covered by the Kiel Institute. Limits apply and will be communicated to successful applicants. Meals and refreshments will be provided for all participants during the conference.
The workshop is organized by the Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH), in collaboration with Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, Kiel Institute for the World Economy, and CEPR - Centre for Economic Policy Research.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
