Im Mittelpunkt stehen Forschungsansätze an der Schnittstelle von Pflanze, Umwelt und Mensch und darunter die Fragen:
Wie lässt sich Gemüseproduktion an die Folgen des Klimawandels anpassen?
Welche Rolle spielen Algen für die Ernährung der Zukunft?
Und welche Bedeutung hat Pflanzenvielfalt für eine gesunde, nachhaltige Ernährung?
Besucher*innen erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Mitmachstationen, Projektvorstellungen und geführten Rundgängen durch unsere Forschungsgelände und Labore in Großbeeren.
