Die Tagung beleuchtet die aktuellen Herausforderungen und Perspektiven der Sozialplanung in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Altenhilfe und Pflege, sowie die Sozialraumorientierung. Dabei werden sowohl die Perspektiven von Bund, Ländern und Kommunen als auch innovative Ansätze, etwa der Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz, thematisiert. Ein interdisziplinärer Austausch zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis ermöglicht es, gemeinsam Lösungen für eine zukunftsfähige Sozialplanung zu entwickeln und nachhaltig zu gestalten.
